This Offer Agreement ("Agreement") is a public offer by eBay Academy India ("Company") to provide online training courses on selling on the eBay marketplace. By purchasing and accessing our courses, you ("Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Description of Services
The Company provides online training designed to teach clients how to successfully sell products on eBay. Our services include:

Independent Plan:

• Online lessons
• Written instructions
• Technical support on Telegram, 12/7
• Ready-made list of products and suppliers
• 6 months access to training materials

Plan with Mentor:

• Online lessons
• Written instructions
• Technical support on Telegram, 12/7
• Ready-made list of products and suppliers
• Personal guidance with a mentor throughout the training
• Expert Tips
• Additional support for 1 month after training
• Mentor guidance until your first sale
• Japanese Method
• Australian Method
• 1 year access to training materials

3. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the purchase and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.
4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices for our courses are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Method: Payment must be made in full before access to the course materials is granted. We accept payments credit card, debit card.
• Receipts: Upon successful payment, a confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Delivery of Services

• Access to Materials: After payment confirmation, you will receive access to the course materials within 24 hours.
• Duration of Access: Access to the training materials is granted for 6 months access to training materials - Independent Plan, 1 year access to training materials - Plan with Mentor, from the date of purchase.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the service has not been provided or in cases of significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course.
• Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at businessassistant02@gmail.com within 7 days, of your purchase date.
• Non-Refundable: Once access to the course materials has been granted, refunds are not applicable.

7. User Responsibilities

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use of Materials: Course materials are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any of the materials provided.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India while using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Results May Vary: Please note that while our training services are designed to equip you with valuable skills, we cannot guarantee specific earnings or outcomes, as success depends on various individual factors.
• Indirect Damages: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
• Maximum Liability: The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the course, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://sellonebay.in/privacy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiations. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
12. Changes to the Offer
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
